WHAT WE OFFER YOU

 

INCLUSIVE SERVICES

We clean your holiday home and change your towels and bed linen (naturally, provided by us Euro 185 per apartment) once a week.

 

You can also enjoy:

  • Free internet access (Wi-Fi)
  • Private parking
  • Premium HOLIDAY PASS: Entitles you to free travel on all public transport in South Tyrol/Alto Adige.
  • CASCADE Inclusive: free access to the swimming pool and reduced access to the sauna only a few meters away from our chalet! (currently not available!)

 

PRICE INFO

  • Rates are quoted per person per day for a pre-agreed maximum number of people
  • Rates include: Wi-Fi internet access, all bed linen, towels, dishtowels, water, heating, electricity, private parking place and VAT.
  • Child's cost €15.00 per day (July, August, Christmas, Carnival, Easter)
  • Children 0-3 years old free
  • Final cleaning: 150.00 €
  • For a stay of up to 4 days, we apply a surcharge of 15% on the daily rate of the holiday apartment
  • Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit

  • Check-in: Holiday apartments are available from 4.00pm on your day of arrival
  • Check-out: Holiday apartments must be vacated by 9.00am on your day of departure
  • The final invoice for the total amount due will be calculated on the day of your arrival

LOCAL TAX

A tax of 2.40 € per person per night is charged for all guests aged 14 and over. This tax is not calculated in your holiday bill and can only be paid on-site.

 

DISCOUNTS

Discount for adult sleeping in extra bed -15%


CANCELLATIONS

Costs for the guest at the time of cancellation:

  • The deposit will be retained in the case of cancellation
  • Less than 90 days before date of arrival: 100% of the total bill
  • Later arrivals/early departures: 100% of the total bill
  • Cancellations made 90 days before arrival will be charged with the total amount of the stay
  • Cancellations are only accepted in writing!
